We are invited for the 2nd Christmas day by a friend of us ( the Dutch celebrate the first Christmas day and the second Christmas day). We are in charge of the dessert and have decided to bake a ‘Marquise au chocolat’, ( chocolate Marquise), That my mother gave me the recipe. I need to go shopping for the ingredients but I can’t find some ‘crème Anglaise’ called here English custard, but they don’t sell it already made like you find it in France.
