my garden

a few years ago,

 I planted a strawberry plant

that never gave anny flowers or strawberries.

this year the leaves are huge,

but when some flowers came out, 

I had to came to evidence, 

this is not a strawberty plant.

if someone knows which plant it is, leave me a comment !

My first zuchini flower is out !

in the meantime, 

a little one is eating the leaves,

leaving little holes …

I already spray soap,

( a mix of soap and a bit of oil + water made wonder agains aphid)

let’s hope it’s enought

After waiting like forever 

I finaly got some sweet peas flowers !

It is known for smelling really good

well it’s true !

finaly after weeks of waiting, 

some flowers appears !

 you can find comfrey on sides of roads, 

(if you know what it looks like 🙂

it is a good fertilizer and good against aphid

also to treat my cucomber plant 

that was attacked by a mushroom leaving yellow dry spots on the leaves

It is the first time I’m trying this comfrey infusion, 

normaly you need :

 1kg of plant for 10 l of water.

I don’t need so much so I’ll made it for 4 l 

( also my crafty pan could contain only 4 l )

so you need comfrey :

I advice to wear gloves, the leaves are hairy.

I boild the leaves for 20min and 

let it infused in the pot for 24 hours. 

then I will drain the mix to get the infusion and 

use  diluted to 1/20. 

spay on the plant as well as watering.

 Use rain water if you can .

I’ll tell you later if it worked out good.

I used the rest of the confrey as mulch:

 the dahlia is starting to blossom !

 has well as the gaura 🙂

the salvia that I divided also start to flower !

 the cucumber has received some treillis

the sweet peas as well !

 the tomatos & sweet peas have grown and find a climbing support !

 it can grow until 4 meters 

so I will have to set up a better support system

these seeds are huge compare to what I know…

these are cucomber seeds…

It is the first time I try to grow cucomber.

 Also a new try out, sweet peas. 

 the roma tomatos, the tastiest ones ! 

some fresh dill is always handy in the kitchen, 

next to my coriander and basilicum 

wich hascome out yet .

It is growing but the stem looks weak…
